How to create an arbitrator profile

Adding an arbitrator profile on FindArbitrators.com will help clients find you online and drive traffic to your public profile page. Follow the steps below to create your online profile.

1. Click 'List your profile'

Select the ‘List your profile’ option in the top right corner of the page.

2. Fill out and submit the form

Enter your professional arbitrator experience and the link to your page. Optionally add a profile picture and description to make your profile stand out

3. Wait for your profile to be reviewed

We curate any content prior to publishing it on FindArbitrators.com. In addition we link your profile to any publicly published arbitrator cases or awards. This takes 3 to 5 business days.

4. Receive a confirmation email

When approved we send you a confirmation email once your profile is listed.


How to select an arbitrator

At a minimum, all arbitrators must be:

  • Independent to the parties to the dispute; and
  • Impartial with respect to the subject matter of the dispute.

Parties should also find international arbitrators who:

  • Have significant prior experience in international arbitration, ideally as an arbitrator;
  • Are fluent in the language of the arbitration;
  • Have knowledge of the substantive law at issue;
  • Have knowledge of the applicable arbitral rules;
  • Have knowledge of the specific field in dispute for highly technical matters;

How to get verified
